The leadership of The Haft consists of a Board of Trustees who have oversight and fiduciary responsibility for the ministry. The Directors provide on-site leadership to staff and ministry service to individual guests and groups as needed. The ob-site ministry team is comprised of ministry associates who serve as support staff in a variety of roles. An Advisory Council offers guidance and advice to Haft leadership and helps promote the Haft’s mission.
